Our packages often show an acceptance scan in Bonita Springs or Naples, FL, followed by a scan at our closest postal sort facility located in Tampa, Florida (or Miami for international shipments). Sometimes our packages do not receive further tracking after leaving Tampa (or Miami). Please know that this is fairly normal. After leaving Tampa, our packages may not receive another scan until they arrive at your local postal sort facility; then, they are usually out for delivery the following day.
We ship with the USPS because they are the most efficient carrier for Washer Fans; however, the USPS sometimes has unexpected delivery delays for weather, incorrect sorting, etc. If your package has a scan in another state overshooting a direct route to you, then your package was incorrectly sorted by the USPS and will be rerouted as soon as they realize their error.
Our estimated shipping time accounts for the occasional USPS delivery delay. Our increased estimated delivery time is not reflected on the USPS tracking site.
We are confident that you will receive your Washer Fan sooner than our estimated shipping dates; however, if it is after the last day for our quoted shipping dates listed above, you may go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask them to put a trace on it. Unfortunately, Washer Fan is unable to place a trace for you as all USPS traces need to be placed by the recipient at their local post office.
