My Humidity Gauge does not work

Solution

We are sorry for the issue you are experiencing with your Humidity Gauge.

If your Humidity Gauge is brand new, please try the following:

1. Slide off the back cover.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Remove any protective plastic strip that may be around or under the battery.

4. Reinstall the battery.

5. Reattach the back cover and see if it now works.

If your Humidity Gauge has been in use for over 4 months, most likely your battery needs to be replaced.  You may order replacement batteries on our website under the accessories tab or you may purchase replacement batteries (CR1632) at any local store, such as Radio Shack.  The CR1632 batteries are made to last approximately 6 months.  This coincides with checking and cleaning your Washer Fan air filter every 6 months.

If you are still experiencing a problem, please Submit a Support Ticket and someone from the Washer Fan Team will promptly respond to your ticket.
