What do GE Compatible Vents Look Like?

Most Newer Full Size GE Front Load washers have a compatible vent and can use the Washer Fan VFL design . The LATEST Full Size GE Front Load washers have a vent that in its current configuration is not compatible with the VFL. Older Full Size GE Front Load washers do not have a compatible vent and use the Washer Fan U – our Universal Design that fits any style washer and attaches with straps.  Look at the back of your GE Front Load washer to determine if it has a compatible vent for the VFL magnetic model.

There are two sizes of GE compatible vents.  Both are round, white plastic vents with a crisscross pattern on the vents.  There is a third GE vent (we call it the G-3) that is compatible with Washer Fan Breeze with alterations or accessories.

The G-3 vent required modification to the vent for the Breeze to be installed over this vent.  Please see the directions below on how to Submit a Support Ticket if you have a G-3 vent and want to install the Breeze over this vent.
