My Washer Fan Breeze doesn't fit my washer properly

We are sorry that your Washer Fan Breeze is not fitting your washing machine properly.  

Please Submit a Support Ticket letting us know why your Washer Fan is not fitting your machine and we would be happy to assist you. Please take and attach 2 pictures to help us see the issue you are having.

Please Note: If you have a full size LG front-load washer and cannot find your vent, it is hidden under your cold water hose.  In order to install your Washer Fan over the compatible vent on your full size LG front-load washer, you will need to do the following: 

1. Loosen your cold water hose.
2. Turn it to the right (counterclockwise) to about the 4 o'clock position.
3. Retighten the cold water hose so it does not leak. 
4. Remove the bottom blue cover (closest to the magnet feet) and keep it as a spare.
5. Install Washer Fan Breeze over the compatible vent.
