My Washer Fan Kit was damaged during shipping

Solution

We apologize for the damage to your Washer Fan Breeze during shipping.  

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If any part of your Washer Fan™ Breeze™ kit was damaged in shipping, please Submit a Support Ticket – shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

In the message area of the ticket, explain the specific problem(s) with the component.  Take a maximum of 2 pictures of any part that is received damaged or has broken during use, and send them as attachments to the Support Ticket.  We will respond promptly with instructions on how your warranty exchange or replacement will be handled.

The Washer Fan Breeze and all components have a Worry-Free 1 Year Warranty against any manufacturer defects.
