My Air Filter Cover / Grill is damaged or defective.


We apologize for your damaged or defective Washer Fan air filter cover / grill. 

Submit a Support Ticket for all warranty exchanges.  In the message area of the ticket, explain the specific problem(s) with the component.  Take a maximum of 2 pictures of any part that is received damaged or has broken during use, and send them as attachments to the Support Ticket.  We will respond promptly with instructions on how your warranty exchange or replacement will be handled.

The Washer Fan and all components have a Worry-Free 1 Year Warranty against any manufacturer defects.
