Warranty Exchange and Replacements


We apologize if you have a damaged or defective Washer Fan component.  If your Washer Fan or its power supply does not work, refer to our Troubleshooting section for information on how to test each component.

Submit a Support Ticket for all warranty exchanges.  In the message area of the ticket, explain the specific problem(s) with the component.  Take a maximum of 2 pictures of any part that is received damaged or has broken during use, and send them as attachments to the Support Ticket.  We will respond promptly with instructions on how your warranty exchange or replacement will be handled. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION: Your Washer Fan™ Breeze™ has a Worry-Free 1 Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects. Please Note: A few things that can void your warranty are: Not keeping your Washer Fan and reusable air filter clean, water damage, and damage from dropping.  We recommend inspecting and cleaning your Washer Fan and Air Filter every 6 months or sooner, if necessary. Click here for directions on how to clean your Washer Fan and Air Filter.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If any part of your Washer Fan™ Breeze™ kit was damaged in shipping, please Submit a Support Ticket – shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. 

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY, INCLUDING CANADA: If you are an international customer your worry-free 1 year warranty exchange options are different. Please Submit a Support Ticket and we will respond promptly with warranty exchange information.  


Within the 12 Month Warranty Period:
Standard Exchange (SE): Please Submit a Support Ticket. We will communicate with you via your Support Ticket. Package the defective part(s) in its original box or in any other secure packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit and send the defective part(s) to us using the pre-paid return label attached to your Support Ticket. As an added precaution, please write the RMA number in large block text on the side opposite the label. On receipt of your RMA package we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part(s) and ship them back to you at our expense using standard shipping.


Outside the 12 Month Warranty Period:
Please Submit a Support Ticket. We will communicate with you via your Support Ticket to determine what options are available to you.
